Refund Policy for Vota Grills
At Vota Grills, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor living products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Items such as Charcoal, Starters, and opened BBQ Tools are exempt from being returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Bank Transfer).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For large items like Garden Grills or Fire Pits, we can arrange a pickup for a service fee that will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product (e.g., Grills Spare parts or damaged Ceramic Pots), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mohamed@votagrills.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
