Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vota Grills. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak grilling seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 0-7 business days within Egypt.

  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate (as specified at checkout).

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak times or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Special Handling for Large Items

  • Large items such as Garden Grills, Fire Pits, and Heavy Duty Camping Chairs may require specialized transport.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for large delivery vehicles.

5. Damages

  • Vota Grills is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if not reported immediately.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us at Info@votagrills.com within 48 hours to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship only within Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.
